These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the cg999 platform, including the website at cg999.bio, all associated sub-pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any services made available through those channels (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and cg999 ("cg999," "we," "us," "our").

By completing the registration process, clicking "I agree," or by otherwise accessing or using the cg999 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. cg999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request may result in account suspension pending verification, or permanent closure of the account.

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) account on the cg999 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate at all times. cg999 is not liable for any loss or complication arising from inaccurate information provided at registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.

• You must notify cg999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• cg999 will never contact you to request your password. Do not disclose your password to anyone claiming to represent cg999.
• Accounts registered using false information, stolen identities, or third-party payment methods not belonging to the account holder will be closed without notice.

cg999 supports PKR-denominated deposits and withdrawals through the following local payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Transfer, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions on the cg999 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise indicated.

Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within minutes of successful processing, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider. cg999 does not accept deposits made from payment instruments belonging to third parties. All funding sources must be registered in your own name and must match the identity documents submitted during KYC verification.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification. cg999 targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted during business hours, but actual settlement times may vary depending on the receiving bank or payment provider. cg999 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of any ongoing security, fraud, or compliance review.

• cg999 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawal fees, if any, will be disclosed clearly before you confirm your withdrawal request.
• cg999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal of PKR 50,000 or above.
• Funds in your cg999 account do not accrue interest and are held solely for the purpose of gaming activity on the Platform.

cg999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer at the time it is made available.

General bonus conditions that apply across all cg999 promotions, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, include the following:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified account holders aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion is limited to one redemption per user, household, device, and IP address unless the offer expressly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each offer's terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to maximum withdrawal caps as specified per offer.

cg999 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games, and live casino products are operated by licensed third-party studio providers. The outcome of all games is final once the game round is completed, except in cases of a documented technical error that materially affects the result.

• In the event of a disconnection during a live game or active bet, cg999 will attempt to resolve the round according to its technical recovery procedures. Where resolution is not possible, affected stakes may be voided and returned to the player's balance at cg999's discretion.
• Bets accepted in error, or at odds or stakes that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault, may be voided by cg999. Users will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.
• Any attempt to exploit game errors, software vulnerabilities, or unintended platform behaviour to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Users of the cg999 Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation of this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purposes.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the cg999 Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to access, scrape, or interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software or technology underlying the cg999 Platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other method to circumvent geographic restrictions or mask your true location or identity.
• Engaging in any abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward cg999 staff or other users.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of, or funding the account of, any third party, including minors.

Gaming is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be pursued as a source of income or as a means to recover financial losses. cg999 strongly encourages all users to set personal limits and to seek help if gaming begins to negatively affect their wellbeing or finances.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from cg999.
• Use the cg999 brand, logo, or any other trade mark in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any content found on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cg999, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

cg999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your cg999 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cg999 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content on it.

You may close your cg999 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining verified balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification.

cg999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any associated Platform policies.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Use of the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Expiry of an applicable self-exclusion period where re-registration is not permitted.

In the event of account termination for cause, cg999 may, at its discretion, withhold some or all account balances pending the outcome of any investigation, or permanently forfeit those funds where a serious breach has been established.

cg999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, cg999 will take reasonable steps to notify registered users, which may include posting a notice on the Platform, sending an email to the address registered on your account, or displaying an in-platform notification upon your next login.

Your continued use of the cg999 Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11 above.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cg999 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
